Delivery & postage FAQ’s

We offer local delivery on all our items and can post smaller shop items around the UK and northen island. Find out more below:

Yard items

We offer curb side delivery within a 20 mile radius of our yard in Balsall common. The delivery cost is calculated based on the millage to your address. Its quick and simple to use the postcode checker on our website to find out what your delivery charge would be. Simply enter your postcode and click enter.

• Minimum spend is £50 on all orders you wish to be delivered.
• Addresses within Balsall common qualify for free delivery.
• We do require someone to receive and sign for the delivery
• Curb side delivery – We will drop the items at the front of the address.
• Please allow 2-3 day lead time on all orders to be delivered.

If you have any issues or are unsure if we can deliver to your address, please call the office on 01676 53529.  All deliveries are done in our flatbed transit van or smaller pick-up truck.

Special deliveries

Tote bag delivery – We can only deliver one bag at a time; these are tied closed and tipped of the back of the truck we cannot move them once on the ground.

Crates of Logs – These will either be delivered on the telehandler to neighbouring roads or with the transit. Creates are place on there side and tipped out the truck, in most cases they will land the correct way up although we cannot guarantee this. Once on the ground we are unable to move the crates.

Shop items

We can ship most our shop items across the UK and northern island, excluding large/heavy tools. Every product listing on our website that we can post out will state this in the green banner along the top of the product listing

Courier we use

We use a variety of curriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

Postage Prices

Postage prices are worked out based on the size and weight of the product. Once an order is placed we will calculate the cost and ring to confirm you are happy to go ahead with the order. If you have a preferred Courier or wish the parcel to be tracked please notify us when placing the order.

Dispatch time

Orders are normally dispatched the same working day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays.
